Hi, I am Rachael Adari a qualified, experienced Reflexologist, Indian Head Massage therapist, Zone Face Lift therapist and Reiki practitioner.
I have been practising Reflexology in its many forms for over 20 years and have developed my own intuitive style - so sessions vary depending on your needs and preferences.
I qualified with ITEC in London in 1997 and have gained further qualifications in Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD with Sally Kay), Facial Reflexology, Menopause Reflexology and Zone Face Lift (Bergman Method).
I am also qualified in Indian Head Massage which has been practised in India for over a thousand years. I studied and qualified in this modality with Narendra Mehta. He was the first person to offer and teach this massage in England. Narendra was blind from birth, he had a highly developed sense of touch and was an excellent teacher.
I now offer Reiki treatments after studying Reiki 1 and 2 with Sophia Russell, Reiki Master and Teacher.
I have worked in clinics in London, the Middle East and Lewes.
I have also worked at Elderflower Fields Festival and Byline Festival.
